By downloading and using Digital Closet, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. If you use the app as a guest, your data is tied to that guest session and may be lost if you delete the app before creating an account.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and information you add. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the app's features. Don't upload photos you don't have the right to use, or photos of other people without their consent.

3. AI features

Background removal, outfit suggestions and virtual try-on images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate - colors, size and fit can differ from real life. Treat them as suggestions.

4. Luxe subscription

Luxe is billed through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel in your store account settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies. Some AI features have monthly usage limits.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, interfere with our systems, or upload sexual, violent or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
